The following are the General Terms and Conditions of Naturprodukte Wilfinger GmbH:
– Scope and Conclusion of Contract –
Our General Terms and Conditions, hereinafter referred to as GTC, apply to all orders you place on our website or by telephone, fax, or email. Your order constitutes a purchase contract between you and Naturprodukte Wilfinger GmbH, located in A-7423 Pinkafeld, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
– Orders –
You can place an order with us in the following ways:
- On our website using the online shop
- By fax
- By email
- By telephone via our customer service and order hotline
– Data Security –
Your personal data, such as credit card number, name, and address, is encrypted by our software. This prevents unauthorized access to this information during transmission over the internet. The data you provide is converted into a code that can be securely transmitted over the internet.
– Estates –
Cannot be granted.
– Price Validity –
With the current price list, all previous offers become invalid. Prices and terms and conditions are valid until the new price list is published.
– Payment Terms –
The purchase price is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract. The customer must pay all amounts within 14 days of receiving the invoice without deduction. Payment is also possible via the online shop system by credit card, PayPal, or instant bank transfer.
– Late Payment –
In case of late payment, we will charge reminder fees and/or additional costs incurred through the involvement of a debt collection agency.
– Delivery Time and Shipping Costs –
We process your order immediately, and it will be ready for shipment within 1-3 business days. If an item is not in stock, we will inform you by email or telephone to arrange a partial delivery, if desired. To determine when your order will arrive, please add the delivery time listed below:
Austria: 1-2 business days
Germany: 2-3 business days
Switzerland: 2-4 business days
Rest of Europe: 3-9 business days
For partial deliveries, we only charge shipping costs once and will notify you when the remaining items will be shipped. For deliveries to countries outside the EU, customs duties will be levied by the relevant authorities upon arrival in your country. Unfortunately, we do not know the amount of these customs duties and import fees, as they vary considerably from country to country. You can obtain more detailed information about the amount of customs duties and any applicable import regulations from your customs office. If Naturprodukte Wilfinger incurs additional shipping costs due to an incorrect delivery address or incorrect address information, these costs must be borne by the customer.
Shipping costs Austria
For orders under EUR 70, EUR 4.90 will be charged for postage and careful packaging. Orders over €70 ship free.
Shipping costs Germany
For orders under €70, a shipping and handling fee of €6.50 will be charged. Orders over €70 ship free.
Shipping costs Hungary, Slovakia, and the Netherlands
For orders under €150, a shipping and handling fee of €7.90 will be charged. Orders over €150 ship free.
Shipping costs Slovenia and Croatia
For orders under €150, a shipping and handling fee of €7.40 will be charged. Orders over €150 ship free.
Shipping costs Czech Republic
For orders under €150, a shipping and handling fee of €8.90 will be charged. Orders over €150 ship free.

For orders under €150, a shipping and handling fee of €8.30 will be charged. Orders over €150 ship free.
Shipping costs Denmark, Sweden, Spain, Luxembourg, Belgium, and France
For orders under €250, a shipping and handling fee of €13.90 will be charged. Orders over €250 ship free.
Attention! For shipments to Denmark and Sweden, your package may need to be picked up from a nearby parcel shop.
Shipping costs Switzerland
We charge a flat shipping fee of €9.00, regardless of the order value.
Shipping costs all other EU countries
We charge a flat shipping fee of €15.00, regardless of the order value.
Attention! When shipping to Finland, your package may need to be picked up from a nearby parcel shop.
Shipping Costs Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia
We charge a flat shipping fee of EUR 16.00, regardless of the order value.
– VAT –
All prices of the listed products include the currently applicable statutory VAT. For deliveries to countries outside the EU, we do not charge VAT. –
– Damage in Transit –
Naturprodukte Wilfinger GmbH assumes the transport risk due to the free delivery arrangement. If the goods arrive damaged, please report this immediately to the postal carrier delivering the package. Do not accept the package, but contact us so that we can send you a replacement free of charge and we can assess the damage and take appropriate action.
– Retention of Title –
The goods remain the property of Naturprodukte Wilfinger GmbH until full payment has been received.
– Important Note –
Naturprodukte Wilfinger GmbH products are not medicinal products. Consult your doctor if you have any existing health problems.
