Shipping policy

– Delivery Time and Shipping Costs –
We process your order immediately, and it will be ready for shipment within 1-3 business days. If an item is not in stock, we will inform you by email or telephone to arrange a partial delivery, if you wish. To determine when your order will arrive, please add the delivery time indicated below:

Austria: 1-2 business days
Germany: 2-3 business days
Switzerland: 2-4 business days
Rest of Europe: 2-5 business days

For partial deliveries, we only charge shipping costs once and will notify you when the remaining items will be shipped. For deliveries to countries outside the EU, customs duties will be levied by the relevant authorities upon arrival in your country. Unfortunately, we do not know the amount of these customs duties and import fees, as they vary considerably from country to country. You can obtain more detailed information about the amount of customs duties and any applicable import regulations from your local customs office. If additional shipping costs are incurred by Naturprodukte Wilfinger due to an incorrect delivery address or incorrect address information being provided, these costs must be borne by the customer.

Shipping costs Austria
For orders under EUR 70, EUR 4.90 will be charged for postage and careful packaging. Orders over EUR 70 are shipped free of charge.

Shipping costs Germany
For orders under EUR 70, EUR 6.50 will be charged for postage and careful packaging. Orders over EUR 70 are shipped free of charge.

Shipping costs Hungary, Slovakia, and the Netherlands
For orders under EUR 150, EUR 7.90 will be charged for postage and careful packaging. Orders over EUR 150 are shipped free of charge.

Shipping costs Slovenia and Croatia
For orders under EUR 150, EUR 7.40 will be charged for postage and careful packaging. Orders over EUR 150 are shipped free of charge.

Shipping costs Czech Republic
For orders under EUR 150, a shipping and handling fee of €8.90 will be charged. Orders over EUR 150 ship free.

Shipping costs Italy
For orders under EUR 150, a shipping and handling fee of €8.30 will be charged. Orders over EUR 150 ship free.

Shipping costs Denmark, Sweden, Spain, Luxembourg, Belgium, and France
For orders under EUR 250, a shipping and handling fee of EUR 13.90 will be charged. Orders over EUR 250 ship free.
Attention! For shipments to Denmark and Sweden, your package may need to be picked up from a nearby parcel shop.

Shipping costs Switzerland
We charge a flat shipping fee of EUR 9.00, regardless of the order value.

Shipping costs to all other EU countries
We charge a flat shipping fee of EUR 15.00, regardless of the order value.
Attention! For shipments to Finland, your package may need to be picked up from a nearby parcel shop.

Shipping costs Bosnia and Herzegovina and Serbia
We charge a flat shipping fee of EUR 16.00, regardless of the order value.

Shipping costs Moldova
We charge a flat shipping fee of EUR 20.00, regardless of the order value.

– VAT –
All prices for the listed products include the currently applicable statutory VAT. We do not charge VAT for deliveries to countries outside the EU. –

– Damage in transit –
Naturprodukte Wilfinger GmbH assumes the risk of damage during transport due to the free delivery arrangement. If your goods arrive damaged, please report this immediately to the postal worker who delivers the package. Do not accept the package. Instead, contact us so we can send you a free replacement and assess the damage and take appropriate action.

– Retention of Title –
The goods remain the property of Naturprodukte Wilfinger GmbH until full payment has been received.
