General terms and conditions of business

Below you will find the general terms and conditions of Naturprodukte Wilfinger GmbH:

– Scope and conclusion of contract –
Our General Terms and Conditions, hereinafter referred to as the T&Cs, apply to all orders placed on our website or by phone, fax, or email. Your order constitutes a purchase contract between you and Naturprodukte Wilfinger GmbH, located in A-8230 Hartberg, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

– Orders –
You can place an order with us in the following ways:

• On our website by using the shop system
• By sending a fax
• By sending an email
• By phone at our advice and order hotline

– Data security –
Your personal information, such as your credit card number, name, and address, is encrypted by our software. This ensures that this information cannot be read by unauthorized persons during transmission over the Internet. The data you provide is converted into a code that can be transmitted securely over the Internet.

– Estates –
Cannot be granted.

– Validity of prices –
With the current price list, all previous offers become invalid. Prices and terms and conditions remain valid until the new price list is published.

– Payment terms –
The purchase price is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract. The customer must pay all amounts without deductions no later than 14 days after receipt of the invoice. However, payment can also be made upon conclusion of the contract via the shop system by credit card, PayPal, or SOFORT transfer.

– Late payment –
In the event of late payment, we will charge reminder fees or additional costs for engaging a debt collection agency.

– Delivery time and shipping costs –
We will process your order promptly, and it will be ready for dispatch within 1-3 business days. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you by email or phone to arrange partial delivery, if you wish. To determine when your order will arrive, please allow for the delivery time shown below:
Austria: 1-2 working days
Germany: 2-3 working days
Switzerland: 2-4 working days
Rest of Europe: 3-9 working days
For partial deliveries, we only charge shipping costs once and provide an indication of when the remaining goods will be shipped. For deliveries to countries outside the EU, customs duties will be collected by the relevant authorities upon arrival in your country. Unfortunately, we do not know how high these customs and import fees will be, as they vary greatly from country to country. For more information about customs duties and possible import regulations, please contact your local customs office. If Naturprodukte Wilfinger incurs additional shipping costs due to the provision of an incorrect delivery address or incorrect address details, these costs must be reimbursed by the customer.

Shipping costs Austria
For orders under EUR 70, a EUR 4.90 postage and careful packaging fee will be charged. Orders over EUR 70 are shipped free of charge.

Shipping costs Germany
For orders under EUR 70, a EUR 6.50 postage and careful packaging fee will be charged. Orders over EUR 70 are shipped free of charge.

Shipping costs Hungary, Slovakia and the Netherlands
For orders under EUR 150, a EUR 7.90 postage and careful packaging fee will be charged. Orders over EUR 150 are shipped free of charge.

Shipping costs Slovenia and Croatia
For orders under EUR 150, a EUR 7.40 postage and careful packaging fee will be charged. Orders over EUR 150 are shipped free of charge.

Shipping costs Czech Republic
For orders under EUR 150, a EUR 8.90 postage and careful packaging fee will be charged. Orders over EUR 150 are shipped free of charge.

Shipping costs Italy
For orders under EUR 150, a EUR 8.30 postage and careful packaging fee will be charged. Orders over EUR 150 are shipped free of charge.

Shipping costs Denmark, Sweden, Spain, Luxembourg, Belgium and France
For orders under EUR 250, a EUR 13.90 postage and careful packaging fee will be charged. Orders over EUR 250 are shipped free of charge.
Danger! When shipping to Denmark and Sweden, your parcel may need to be picked up at a nearby parcel shop.

Shipping costs Switzerland
Here we charge a flat shipping fee of EUR 9.00 regardless of the order value.

Shipping costs for all other EU countries
Here we charge a flat shipping fee of EUR 15.00 regardless of the order value.
Danger! When shipping to Finland, your parcel may need to be picked up at a nearby parcel shop.

Shipping costs Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia
Here we charge a flat shipping fee of EUR 16.00 regardless of the order value.

– VAT –
All prices for the listed products include the currently applicable VAT . We do not charge VAT for deliveries to countries outside the EU.

– Transport damage –
Naturprodukte Wilfinger GmbH assumes the transport risk due to the free delivery method. If the goods arrive damaged during transport, please immediately report this to the postman who delivers the package. Do not accept the package, but contact us so that we can send you a replacement free of charge and inspect the damage and take appropriate action.

– Retention of title –
The goods remain the property of Naturprodukte Wilfinger GmbH until full payment has been made.
