
Recipe: Brain Detox Tonic
This two-part tonic recipe from renowned American health author Anthony William can help you support your health in a simple and delicious way. When you follow the basic recipe with pure coconut water 15 minutes later, it serves an important purpose: flushing toxins out of your body.
Ingredients
- 2 cups (500 ml) coconut water
- 1 teaspoon of spirulina powder
- 1 teaspoon barley grass juice powder
- 2 teaspoons pure wild blueberry juice or 2 teaspoons pure wild blueberry powder
- 1 pipette of alcohol-free lemon balm tincture
- 1 cup (250 ml) coconut water, for follow-up
preparation
Mix all ingredients except the 1 cup of coconut water for the follow-up. Drink the extra coconut water 15 minutes after the basic recipe to flush out toxins.
Tip: Avoid pink or red coconut water, as this means it has gone spoiled and rancid. Also, avoid coconut water with added flavorings.
